​Thank you to all Kruse third-graders and their teachers for being such great scientists during SEEC's free programs on Magnificent Microbes and Life Cycles of Beetles. You are the BEST!

Brock McArdle and his working wildlife K-9 Cash gave a great presentation on April 11th for Mountain Gals and community members. Brock explained how Colorado Parks and Wildlife K-9 program began a few years ago.

SEEC has been part of the Larimer County Bluebird Project for the past three years. Kids in our summer programs have built nest boxes for the project.

​SEEC is thrilled to have been selected for a 2018 Larimer County Small Partnerships grant. SEEC's grant focuses on Technology to Enhance Environmental and STEM Learning at SEEC. Many thanks to Larimer County Natural Resources for their generosity and support.

A big thank you to all who supported SEEC by eating at BJ's Restaurant on March 28th. What a delicious way to raise some funds for SEEC programs. We'll know in a few weeks how much was raised for program supplies. THANKS AGAIN!

​Thank you to all the third-graders at Kruse Elementary for your great participation in Amazing Water. You all are fabulous and are definitely hydrophilic.

On February 14th, Cindy Henk presented an outstanding program at a Mountain Gals meeting for Mountain Gals and community members. Your expertise and passion for microbes and connections in nature are greatly appreciated.

​Many thanks to Red Feather Lakes Elementaty School's students, teachers and PTO, and SEEC and community volunteers for organizing and participating in RFLE School's fourth annual STEM Extravaganza on Thursday, February 8, 2018.

Red Feather Lakes Community Library and SEEC are in the process of planning a cool Earth Day that will be held in April. Look for more information as we get closer to the date.
